Shipping policy

All orders are shipped fully insured, with adult signature required upon delivery.

Loose diamonds and gemstones ship within 5-7 business days of payment clearing. Custom jewelry ships upon completion. Typically 2–4 weeks from order confirmation, with updates provided throughout the process.

Tracking information is provided for every order. We ship internationally. 

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, The Diamond Vault is not responsible for loss or theft. We recommend being available to sign for high-value deliveries.
